Can't promote listings

Same problem here, I reported my issue to eBay which escalated it to their website team and nothing, they don’t seam concerned about it,

i posted a thread earlier Yesterday, no one replied to it... I don't think anyone can promote, you get a spinning disqus on the app and internal server error.

Thanks, it appears even listing that we’re already promoted are not working, the disturbing thing is if I look for my items by searching for them on eBay, I can’t find them... hopefully this is resolved quick, promoting my listing help them sell and this is cutting into my profits.

I’ve been having the same problem and it’s stressing me tf out. Sales are in the toilet because of it. Contacted eBay and they suggested trying from my desktop which I already did! They didn’t sound like they were aware of such a problem. Hopefully more people will reach out to them so they can get it fixed

Well on on my items is a 12 audio cassette lot and simple searching “audio cassette lot” wasn’t showing my item anywhere, now that I search I see it about the 12th item down which is good, at least my listings can be seen. It’s driving me crazy not being able to promote my new listings... most of my sales are promoted listings so I’m a believer in promoting all listings I can, it’s going on four days of not being able to promote my listings and I’m worried my sales are going to take a hit while eBay drags their feet fixing this issue. I can only assume it is effecting a small percentage of users Since eBay clearly isn’t putting much into figuring it out, I would hope that if everyone had this issue eBay would be substantially more responsive.

same Here, I get message “there in nothing to show here” in the app on my iPad where I do most of my eBay stuff, I tried on my windows 10 PC using edge, Chrome and Firefox Browsers and get the pop up where I would normally be able to promote my listing but it shows a red “x” with a message about not being able to red price or something like that. It bloody annoying and is stressing me out also. CanT grow my business when I can’t rely on eBay to keep their site working or at least show some Darn initiative to fix it when it breaks. It would be nice if they would at least acknowledge there is an issue and they are working on it

I cannot promote my listings on the Ebay app either. Any idea when this will be fixed- Ebay?

Had the same prob yesterday. This was my workaround: went into a listing like I was going to revise it, scrolled to the bottom, clicked Revise It, first screen was “do you want to automatically lower?”, next screen was the Promote It screen with the fixed ad rate. Accepted the rate then when the listing was Live, I could click on Edit Promoted Listing and set a lower ad rate. Sort of tedious and not sure it will work for anyone else.

Oh wow, didn't realize that would work.... still really annoying! I just tested and it worked. They really need to fix this :/.
