Every time I try to login it comes up there was a problem I’ve change the password it works on my phone, but not on iPad. Any ideas?

What OS version is your iPad running? If it's out of date (iOS 15) then you won't be able to use the eBay app on your iPad. You can access eBay from a web browser on your device. Delete the eBay app so links open in your browser instead of the app.

Are you sure you are signing in to the same eBay account on both devices?
If so, it might be worth uninstalling the eBay app on your iPad, restarting, then installing the latest version of the eBay app again.

Hi yes os fully updated 17 just doesn’t want to work it did then just keeps on saying something went wrong very annoying 🤬 thanks for your input it works though browser ok 👍 and

Depending how you're trying to log in (with userid, with google, with facial recognition, etc) you can try a different login method.
I also suggest submitting a tech report. Since you can't do that through the app, do it through the website by tapping the ? icon on the lower right corner. Then choose the report tech issue link at the bottom of the pop up.
