Can't buy another item

The option to 'buy another' from a seller previously purchased from isn't an option in the Android app. I have to go to the mobile version and then I have the option.

In the app you just loop round and round and cannot purchase again.

Is the item you are trying to buy again part of a multiple quantity, multiple-variation listing?

For multiple quantity non-variation listings, using the app I see a "buy another" button which takes me to a page where I can change the quantity using an odd thumbwheel style field. Selecting the number sends me right to the page with the checkout button. At least that is how it works for me in the US.

I avoid multiple-variation items, so I have no way to check if that particular feature works for those items, but I have heard complaints similar to yours before.

It is part of a multiple but there's nothing like you've mentioned so I presume the UK is a different app.

In the version of the app I am using (5.32.1.0), from the list of purchases I select the item, and see a page with the heading "Your item has been delivered" (or else "Delivery in progress") which has my shipping information. Below that are several buttons, which you may have to scroll down to see:

Leave Feedback

Contact the Seller

Sell One Like This

More Options

Selecting "Buy Another" leads to a page with a heading titled "Enter quantity" which is as I have described.

Can you email us a screen shot of the screen you are on when looking at a purchased item. There should be a Buy Another button showing. androidhelp@ebay.com.
