Can not list items or get pass re confirming my number

Hi,

I have used eBay in the past and have sold many things but i tried to list an item yesterday and got the message saying that payments to sellers have changed and asked me to confirm my number again, when I click text me or call me to get a code it just brings up a message saying something went wrong.

What is going on?

You should be able to go through this process on the app but since you're having issues, give it a try on the website. If you still run into issues you can reach out to Customer Support so they can try to trouble shoot what may be going on.
