Camera in new update doesn’t work

Got the newest update today and my camera does not work on my phone when I go to take pictures of my listings. Can someone help ASAP

Beyond frustrating, camera in image search works but taking photos does not .... apple iphonex And eBay ap

when taking pics screen goes black and gets stuck

When we take pictures with the camera the abay app doesn’t find the pictures we’ve taken from our camera roll. Any help would be much appreciated.

 Ya makes listing like 10 times longer . This problem has been hampering for the last 20 days and still no fix .

My camera goes black and I cannot cancel out of it. The only "fix" I have found (besides taking all pictures outside the app) is deleting the app and reinstalling. IPhone 7+.

I not good with computers every time they change this or something else,

 I have the same problem I have too put everything hold that want too list ,

which’s is a lot, costing me money and Ebay. How long is this going too take and better yet why?

I am having the very same problem, this seems to happen around the holidays 

when you have save items to sale all year until the holidays get here.

and our system breaks down, so they say, Or is for some other reason?

like give the big guys a head start on listing?

Also having this issue - my pics are in my camera roll but when I try to add to a buyer message, it just shows a blank page for photos if I want to add to the message.  And yes - the permissions are set to allows access to pics. On iPhone 11 Max pro, iOs 13.1.3.

Pretty stupid if I have to take the pics and then transfer to my laptop to respond (or list.)
