When I go to the help section to check on the status of a no show package, as a buyer, I click to check my status after those three days if waiting only to have the app return me to my homepage. I cannot access in any way that I’ve tried the means to ask ebay to step in on these types of orders. It’s always the same type, purchases ive made where the seller doesn’t send item nor contact me back. Is there a different way to access the help button to get ebay to step in? Otherwise I have to chat or call. I’m on an iphone 6.

Are you able to accomplish that using a browser, either in mobile mode or desktop mode, rather than using the eBay app?
