I marked an item as dispatched in the app and it remains there. Still telling me to dispatch it. Now it claims it is overdue for dispatch.
When I log in via website it isn’t in the list.

Hi @alexgisborne. If it is tracking as shipped on the site, then you should have the option to 'archive' it on your app. I would also recommend uninstalling then reinstalling your app to see if that helps update and resolve the issue.

Hi Elizabeth.
I tried deleting and reinstalling the app and that didn’t change it. It is showing as overdue and there is no tracking as it was a small letter that doesn’t have tracking on it, so I am not able to archive it.
It looks fine on the full website just on the app it appears.
