Best Offer Not Selected When Creating Listing on Mobile App

Having issues when I create a draft listing on desktop, then access the listing in mobile app (IOS) to add photos.  The Best Offer checkbox is selected on the desktop draft, but it is unselected on the mobile app.  I try to reselect it, but it does not take.
