Bad new notification icon on Android

Hello,

Can you please go back to having the notification icon be a blue/white box/square saying ebay on the notification bar so its easily identifiable on the android notification bar? The new notification icon is hard to see and distinguish and every ebay notification i get is important! I dont like how it gets mixed up with other notifications now versus standing out like it has been for the last 5+ years.

Or can you provide an option to choose between the type of notification icon that shows up? If you guys think the small micro nearly invisible font saying just the word ebay with a clear background for notification is better somehow, let users choose betwen the new one and the old one.

This is a major problem that needs to be addressed and the old blue/white stand out box for notifications with the word ebay needs to come back

I just saw it.  Actually, no.  I can't see it!   It's terrible.  Go back to the big blue box!

Agree! New notification is very hard to read. eBay - Do you have a UIX department? Someone actually looked at this and said "Yes, the user will love this"!  If so, you may want to rethink how that team works 🙂

Agreed ...that tiny little new ebay icon with no box is barely visible and ridiculously small.

Yes, i can't even read that it is ebay.  At least with the old icon I could tell what it was.

yes please let users choose blue or white icon for notification please!! blue is terrible white is better like in iphone please
