@cha_881492 Sorry but everything you wrote is on you. As a user of this platform you are obligated to read and understand the TOS. If you received the incorrect size you chose and the item arrived not in the condition advertised, then all you needed to do was open an item not as described case. That was all.
Seller would be forced to accept the return and provide you with a return label. Absolutely no reason for you to have to contact eBay at all. The system is there for the buyers, but you failed to read how to use it. That's no one's fault but your own.
Lastly you are not allowed to shame other members on this board, but again you fail to read policies before you act. Read the policies and you will see they actually work on your side. Best of luck to you....
