While you upload a screenshot... it may be because you're a new buyer? There are some restrictions...

There are restrictions on new buyers, some from eBay, some from the seller.

There are also restrictions on new sellers, FWIW.

These restrictions can affect the number and the value of the lots you are bidding on.

If you are bidding from a phone, try using a laptop or desktop instead. The listings are more complete and clearer on such machines.

Or instead of bothering with auctions at all, limit your Search to Fixed Price listings. These make up over 85% of transactions and are easier to understand.

The seller probably has you blocked , because of low feed backs. what they call newbie's.
