Auction clock not showing while bidding

After the Dec 2022 app updates the auction countdown timer does not display while placing a bid. It used to. When I hit the "place a bid" button it opens the bidding window and pulls up the keypad to enter a bid amount but nowhere on the screen is the auction timer.

What version of the app are you using?

I see a bid countdown at the top of the bidding screen using version 6.92.0.3.

I just updated the app again today so it's the latest one. For the record if I click "place a bid" but dont enter an amount and instead hit the back button I see the clock on the "confirm bid" screen too. However I use 1-click bidding for auctions and thus never even see the "confirm bid" page. The "place a bid" screen with the active keypad for entering bids is the one that no longer shows the clock.

 This is the only screen I normally see when bidding. When that button is hit the bid is placed. There's no timer anymore.

Well, after posting a review of the app in Google's play store I was asked by Ebay's support team to repost the issue here so they could follow up on it. So far...nothing.
