Make sure the eBay app is removed and that you do not have cloud backup set to automatically reinstall it.
If the app reinstalls or is still installed you should be able to tap and hold an eBay browser link and choose "Don't open in the app" to prevent eBay links from opening in the app automatically.
Then you should be able to use a browser to reach ebay.co.uk instead.
