Hi! Im really hoping you can help me figure out why the app doesn't load then eventually tells me I have no network connection. I have tried wifi and Lte, my phone is up to date, I've deleted and reinstalled the app, I've cleared the cache. Any other suggestions?

What operating system version number? What app version number?
If your operating system does not support the eBay app and you cannot upgrade it, or if you cannot get the app to work by deleting the app, restarting your device, then installing the app again, then use a browser to reach ebay.com instead of using the app.

Im using a note 10+, Android version 12, and eBay version 6.236.0.1

You can try reporting app issues by shaking your device while the app is active; if that feature is active it should allow you to make a report even if you are not signed in.

I'm also having this exact issue, it logged me out this week and I just attempted to log back in and got the same error. The app is up to date. I am going to message them on FB, this is rather annoying as I have been printing my labels from my phone lately.
Edit: I'm using a Galaxy S10.
