App will not load

Hello,

if your app didn’t load, then just to to Safari, or Covenant Eyes (whatever one you have) and look up “eBay”. They have a website. You can log in and use that until you get your app fixed.

iOS 12 - If your device is running iOS 12 you might be able to install an older version from the App Store 

• Delete the ebay app from the device
• Open the app store app
• Tap account button
• Tap Purchased
• Scroll to the eBay app and tap the cloud and down arrow icon

Please visit the App Store again and try to update the app. It should be working properly.
