I’ve just relisted a number of items using Simple Delivery, buyer to pay. The App is advertising as free postage when it isn’t. When clicking through the postage is shown, however. This is likely to result in confusion and buyer complaints.
Also, one listing which did say buyer to pay, it showed a different amount.
It seems like there is a problem here. I don’t want to list now for fear of buyer complaints or me being made to pay for postage which I cannot afford.

That said, if you're experiencing a technical issue with the app it's easy to report.
Using the app:
1. Shake to report. Physically shake your device while the app is open and that will trigger the option for you to file a tech report or submit feedback on product features.
2. Anywhere you see the three dots or the ? you can tap on that to file a report.

Thank you for your reply. After going round in circles, I posted this through the AppStore so no idea how I ended up on a US site?
Thanks for the advice on bug reporting, I’ve reported, hopefully eBay will look into this.
At the moment eBay are doing everything in their power to make selling for private sellers in the UK as difficult as possible, curious business model but there we are!
