This app shows my eBay order has been delivered but it’s just at the local post office. It hasn’t been delivered to my mailbox.

Don't know what you're referring to by "This app" and am not sure how what you describe is "problems" with the app, but sounds like you just need to go down to the post office and pick the package up.
