App not working

The app stopped working on an iPad Pro 2 a couple of days ago. Deleted and attempted to download again, unable to download again.

As long as your device has iOS 11 or higher the app should download. Can you restart your iPad and try to install again.

Restarted the first time, that did not help. When ios was upgraded from 13.1.1 to 13.2 I was able to download and use the app.
