The EBay App stopped working on my IPad 3.
I deleted it and can now only instal version 5.38 which will only work on IOS 11 and above. Why has this happened and why have the people who cannot afford to upgrade being isolated from the eBay app. Please could you tell me if somehow I can install an older version of the EBay app that will work. Thank you
