App no longer works on IPhone 8plus

I’ve been using eBay since 2002 and now it won’t work. I’ve updated the app and apple software but still won’t work. I’m assuming the older iPhones now cannot use the app. Shame as I buy and sell a lot on eBay.

@codyuk24 You should be on iOS 16 and able to access a version of the app.

For iOS 16 or later and Android 10 or later, follow the instructions here: How to update your eBay app

For older systems running iOS 15 or Android 9 or earlier, you can access eBay from a web browser on your device. Delete the eBay app so links open in your browser instead of the app.
