App issues

Ive been having issues on both iPad & iPhone, both on the latest version of iOS.

ipad:

when I try to print a label, it will not let me make any changes, I can not even close out of the window, I have to force close the app entirely.

iphone:

Everything defaults to priority shipping, even if not paid for. Any time I change something, I’m redirected to input a weight even when one is present. The last time I tried to print a label, I’d go to buy the label, and be redirected to input dimensions. Usually I can power through to just buy it, the last time I was unable to even purchase.

Thanks for the reports. Can you please upgrade to the version released today and let us know if you are still having label printing problems.

Updated and still having the same issues on iPhone.

My wife uses the iPad for her account and has nothing to test. I logged in with my account and am getting the same issue I’ve been having in my phone. ipad is giving me the same issue as phone.

I’m questioning now, are the issues tied to the accounts, and not the app
