Very often the app freezes when a product image is clicked on. I have to re-download the app. Waste a lot of time! Can you check into this?

Thanks for the report. Do you have more details on the freezing, are you zooming an image? You should not have to re-download the app when this happens. You can force quit the app and it will start up again.

eBay app freezing when viewing or zooming in on images

I too am now getting this

not all the time but when view a larger image and wish to zoom in the app just freezes and the only way out is switch and then restart the app

when trying to view the same image it allow the function to work.

Thanks for reporting it. Can you let us know what kind of iPhone or iPad you are using? Does the freezing happen on the first photo or do you swipe to another photo and then zoom? Thanks for helping troubleshoot this.
