App doesn't work with WiFi OnePlus 6T Android 10 (rooted)

Hi, I have a question. I have a OnePlus 6t with Android 10 and for some reason the ebay App launches but doesn't load any content while using wifi. It work with mobile data. Any solutions?

Have you tried uninstalling the app, powering off, restarting and reinstalling the app? Are you using it on your private WI-FI network or a public one?
