I have downloaded the app but it does not appear on any of my home screens. Nowhere?
I can only open the app by going into the App Store.
What the hell???

Can you pull down on the home screen of your device and search for eBay to see if the app is installed?
We also recommend restarting your device and attempt to reinstall.
