Was wondering if anyone else is having this problem, and if so if they have a work around for it? I have tried it before and after the new update and still got the same thing.
Many common app issues can be addressed by uninstalling the eBay app, restarting your device, and then installing the latest version of the eBay app. The restart should ensure a clean install.
