App continually won’t load

App continually won’t load so I have to turn phone off then back  on and it’ll work for a few times and stop working yet again! VERY  frustrating!!

Same observed behaviour as original reporter when using current latest ebay app version (5.38.0) on iPhone 7 with current latest iOS (13.3).

Uninstalled/reinstalled the app after which it seemingly works, but issue recurred a short time later when next using the app.

Early days yet, but seemingly resolved after performing iPhone/iOS network reset.
