App Issues - Photos not loading, stuck searching sellers items, editing weight of package freezes

1.  Photos are not loading

2.  After searching a specific sellers items,  you need to restart the app, otherwise all searches get stuck in the sellers profile you looked at.

3.  You guys need to make the photo manager user friendly.  After the picture loads why do I need to click on the picture that i just took to edit it???????????????.... 

4.  After editing the weight of the package I need to press the shipping options at least twice.   If I do it once it freezes and does not load.

When I search a specific seller's items in the app, it puts a "seller:sellername" term in the search field. Deleting that term lets me search all sellers again.

No experience with your other issues, though.

Thank you for reporting these issues.

1. Are photos not loading when you are viewing items? Or when you are uploading photos to a listing?

2. If you delete all the keywords in your search it should reset

3. Thanks for your feedback on the photo editing, we will send this to the selling team.

4. Do you have more details on what you mean on this one, which buttons are you tapping?

1.  Photos are not loading.  In some cases i need to retake photos.....

2. Even when i delete the words in the field, it still will show the seller's items.

4.  After inserting the package weight i go to the type of shipping service.  For some reason this is not smooth and requires me  to load it twice.  The first time i click on it it does not do anything, almost looks like it freezes.

You are correct -- deleting the seller:sellername in the search field is not enough; further searches are still searching that seller's items only.

As a workaround, use the "x" to clear the search keywords, and then you should be able to see a list of previous searches. Choose any search that is not limited to a particular seller, and then enter new keywords (or paste the old ones minus the sellername). Still a bit clunky, but better than restarting the app.

Alternatively, you could erase the "sellername" but leave the "seller:" in the search field -- that will apparently search all sellers.
