Any progress on fixing the missing first class shipping option in list and relist?

Now more than a week and I still can’t relist and list First Class shipping items. I’m trying so hard to be patient. But I’m so tired ... I’ve been angry, frustrated, exasperated, depressed, sad. Please... fix this.

Its hard watching my listings end and just sit there in the unsold folder and the drafts folder from repeated tries to relist. I know the tech people are working on it, but I do hope they fix before all I have left in my store are items that ship priority. I won’t have much left. I do hope you fix it soon.

I am seeing the option "Dont know dimensions" now on mobile app for shipping. Its a button tab under shipping calculations.

Yes, I was at that stage a week ago. I click that and I still don’t get the First Class option. I havent tried a brand new listing in the past few days because my unlisted relists are getting backed up.

And all the shipping info from the listing is gone when I go to relist it so its forcing me to input all that in again. We live in a very slow internet area so every extra step adds load time and I just don’t have the time or patience to redo things over and over; its just unnecessary busy work. And since I don’t use ebay’s Shipping and label system, its even more annoying because its forcing me into extra steps that accommodate their system but has nothing to do with me. Sigh.

It let me choose it on the app this time. Hmmm. Let me try and screenshot the process, it literally just started working for me hours ago.

Ok i can see why this is driving you nuts, because its different in a nonintuitive way.  But this is what you do.  First picture, the "ship your item tab", right?  Each set of blue words below it acts as its own tab.  Click on uspsfirstclass, and you go to the second pic with lists of mail options that have click dot tabs.  Its dumb and hard to tell what is a button and what is a word.  But it is working.

It retains the shipping info if it was listed as priority or free, but if it was listed as first class, it drops ALL that shipping info. ALL of it.

Can you post a screenshot? I believe you its been sooo annoying, but maybe I can help with the settings.

Except, I’m not getting that first class option except on some of them. Sigh.

I think I made it make that mistake!

I changed it to unknown dimensions. Then went to select a service. First class is not an option, because, first class has specific requirements and the program does not know if your package meets them! But. It does have economy shipping, which you can enter your own price for. See attached screenshots.

Okay, this is interesting. So I just tried to relist three. Two retained the shipping info and I had no problem. But the third one dropped its shipping info. I’m not understanding the lack of consistency enough to think its solved. Why is it retaining shipping info on some, but not others? I’d share a screenshot but I can’t figure out how to do that.

Exactly!!!! That’s the problem! They didn’t use to require that! And because I don’t use their shipping labels, it has nothing to do with me and all it does is add extra steps and a bazillion cycles time to our already slow internet. Multiplied by hundreds of listings. Gawd. LOL. And I can’t figure out how to add a screenshot or I would.
