Let’s say a member sends a question about a listing- I answer the question. Then the member sends another message saying thank you. Ebay continues to now say I have an unanswered question. How can I make this go away?

You can mark it as answered and it will go away. This option should be to the right of this listing on your My eBay selling page.

That option doesn't seem to exist anymore.
