I have seen a couple of other complaints related to the "Saved Searches" page using the eBay app, though it seems to be working for me using version 6.199.0.3 of the eBay app on an Android 11 phone.
If the app is not allowing you to view your Saved Searches, try using a browser to view your searches.
You can report app issues directly to eBay by shaking your phone while the app is active. This should provide eBay with information about your particular app version, OS, and phone, which can be helpful in diagnosing the problem. The more users experiencing this reporting it, the more data eBay has to work with in identifying the problem and correcting it.
