I've noticed that while creating a new listing using Android app that even after Best Offer is set to OFF in the pricing details panel it is set to ON with auto decline set to half of the BIN price when returning to the summary panel. Long time experienced seller so I know how to use the app and most things eBay related. If I return to the pricing pane, remove auto decline and reset Best Offer to OFF the settings are correct in the summary. I consider this a bug because that is not how it should work. However, given eBay's current hard on for wanting Best Offer on every listing, it may be intentional. Any thoughts?
