It would be a big improvement if the iOS app alllowed users to set a default scanning method (Barcode or Image) in the app settings so that one does not need to be selected each time one wants to scan. I know that I never do image searches, so it’s a bit tiresome to have to select barcode every single time. I’m sure those who only do image search feel the same way. I use other apps that let users select a default and then go directly to that method. That would be a tremendous improvement for the eBay user experience.
