Active Bids And Offers Not Showing

Can anyone provide help on how to resolve an issue I have been experiencing with active offers not showing up?  

Example:  I receive a counteroffer from a seller, the app tells me that I have 1 offer to review, when I go to the Bids/Offers section it tells me I have no active offers.
