A customer request a return and block me

How do i get my money after i send the product the customer received the product send me a return message I accept the return but now the customer block me i still dont get the money and i still dont get the product back and now i dont have any comunicación with the customer

If you've accepted the Return, you have no other reason to message the customer. Refund upon return.  Good luck.

You cannot leave a buyer Positive feedback with Negative comments, it's a policy violation.  If this is the buyer in your post, I wouldn't communicate with you either after the comments you left. Your comments make you look bad, very unprofessional.
