Unable to change shipping details

Using the eBay app when listing and get to the shipping details nothing happens, the buttons will not work.

Also does not let me choose a payment method.

1. is this happening on newly created listings OR
2. Resuming an existing draft OR
3. Revising a live listing?

Draft, new, it makes no difference. So far I start the listing on the app then finish the shipping part on the pc. I have reinstalled the app, twice. Re booted several times. No help. My wife was listing items with her phone no problem.

Thanks for the extra details. Could you try going in on the pc and set up one shipping policy and let us know if that fixes the issue here.
