As requested on Google Play:
On the Android app and the mobile website, when trying to review a return order, a log in request is presented.
Then, a captcha check.
And then again, a login request.. and so on, endlessly.
There is no way to cancel the return request, like on the full website.
Also(2), on this web page.
In title bar, it says: "Hi, Valentin"
That's my user name.
So I'm logged in (Firefox logs me in automatically)
Still, on the bottom, it says "you must be signed in to add attachments"
So, am I logged in or not?
This issue literally popped up now, while writing you a message about another issue.

Apparently I wasn't logged in, as I was presented with another log in request to post this question.
Remember, my name was at the top of the page, meaning I was already logged in?
Lucky me, I could log in on here, and this issue was posted.
Now I can add attachments too.

I notice you are registered in the UK, but you are currently signed in to the US ebay.com site, and posting on the US community boards.
Have you tried reviewing your return on ebay.co.uk? If you have, and still have problems, you may want to post on the UK discussion boards.

Thanks for following up and posting here. Can you let us know how you started to review the return order. Was it from a message in the inbox? From the sold / purchased item screen? Or from a push notification?
The forums have an extra login from the main website which is why you may have had the double login.
