Seller Guidance Improvements

In today’s update we announced the Terapeak Sourcing Insights tool will be available in Seller Hub, as well as other improvements being made available. You can read more about them here and feel free to leave your questions for our Update team to review and reply to comments below!

I've seen this in my Traffic Reports, and like it! BUT......are we ever going to get something many of us have been requesting for a long, long time? Those who do Social Media in particular would love to see a breakdown showing where non ebay traffic is coming from: Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, my blog, etc

Is this something ebay is working on? I'd love to see this in time for use in Q4!

How about bringing back the Customer Support people who we could actually call and talk to?  That would be real Seller Support.

@my-cottage-books-and-antiques We currently show the breakdown between organic views, Promoted Listings and external visits. The later one includes all the channels mentioned (Facebook, Pinterest,...). We currently don’t have a timeline we can share for when those channels will be shown on a more granular level.

Exactly. What we want is the ability to see "external visits" at the granular level. It would be GREAT to have that before Q4 2021.

I see the Terapeak Sourcing Insights in the Research tab.  When I click on the link it gives the error:

You haven't sold any items in the past 90 days. Categories that you sell in will appear here, once you've made a sale. 

I have sold 44 items in the last 90 days. Is it not available yet?

@aqua_rose - I'm sorry to hear you're running this issue. I would recommend reporting this to customer service (here) so they can review this in further detail. Based on what you've said here, it sounds like this is not loading correctly, but they'll be able to check your account to see what's going on.
