Not fixable and not a 'real' error. YOU don't have permissions to sell in that category; and probably won't until you've established yourself as a seller here (usually 1 yr plus)
Did you have an error moving the listing? Do not sell your chosen item on ebay .. because ebay sellers have restrictions on the types they can list. So change the product you are trying to sell.
