VeRO

I listed a bracelet by Meredith Frederick that is named 'Audrey' for sale and received a message that my post was removed due to the VeRO policy.  I am waiting to hear back from the 'Aid Through Trade' group as to what the issues are with my items.

Do you know if by referencing the name given to the bracelet - Audrey could be the concern?

Re: VeRO

I would say it's the brand name you used, not the model (Meredith Frederick) as they may not want their items sold, new or used, on ebay since it's their name that could get smeared by fakes being done.

Don't hold your breath for any response, as you won't get one. If taken down via VERO, it needs to simply stay down. Sell it on another venue because if you relist here, you will get suspended and eventually not allowed to sell here,  at all, anymore.

Re: VeRO

No I have not heard back from the Aid through Trade Group.  What are your thoughts about posting and not referencing the brand name?

You on their radar: relist it and you may not be selling at all.

Is that worth the risk???

Re: VeRO

Hi, I'm sorry, I'm a lurker here and I have a quick question. I read the link below and I've sold some things before, and I don't see where the policy was violated. As long at the item is authentic, the OP has every right to sell it correct (and it isn't a marketing item)? It just needs to be appealed to eBay?

I just want to double check this. Thank you.
