I have a Chanel necklace and I am curious if it's authentic. Could anyone with more expertise than I provide their opinion please?
Also, I am not expert on authentication, but I thought I didn't need to be (as a buyer) as eBay was very vigilant about pulling down or even canceling replica items... can I rely on eBay to provide that sort of intervention? I'm starting to think no.
As a side note, when sellers have several of the same Chanel piece of jewelry for sale at once for a pretty low buy-it-now price, is that generally a red flag as to authenticity?
Thank you!

Compare yours with the one on the Chanel website. That picture can be zoomed in to check tiny details such as the size and setting of the pearls in the Chanel logo, the details on the clasp and the extension chain.

No, you cannot depend on eBay to sort out all the replica/counterfeit designer items.

Yes IMO multiple pieces of the same Chanel jewelry are a definite red flag as are low prices. IMO ALL Chanel jewelry should be professional authenticated since it can be done for very little.
