Vintage Necklace Identification 30's-40's?

We haven't been able to identify a time period or pricing for this 'costume' necklace, all the jewels are still intact and overall the necklace is in excellent condition. If anyone has any idea or information it would be very much appreciated!

Makes me think something fairly recent and Asian-made.

Your necklace appears to feature the evil eye which leads me to suspect it is from the Near East.  And new-ish.
