The transaction was completed and it was paid for.
The Seller then apparently decided they wanted more money for it and they CANCELLED my Purchase. They said the price had been incorrectly placed on the Listing. I am obviously upset about this. I don't believe a Seller can renege on a Completed Sale. They refunded my money without my permission. Do they have the right to cancel? They incorrectly used the Reason "Problem with Shipping Address" but they wrote me that the real reason was the price was incorrect. IS THIS EVEN LEGAL? It seems fraudulent to me. Nancy

Yes, this would be extremely upsetting. But yes, they can do this, and yes, they can use the wrong reason so as not to receive a defect. You're free to report it to eBay, but doubtful that much will happen.
