Can anyone tell me how much this may be worth and when it's from?

Can someone help me put a value on this brooch? it is marked Pat 2066969 on the back of it. It seems to be some sort of painting or perhaps a print? of a victorian lady. If anyone can tell me it's worth I would appreciate it. I received it from my great grandmother, and I want to know the value and the history behind it. Thank you 🙂

The patent number is for the pin back, here is an image of the patent:

The patent is dated 1935 so the piece can be no older than that, but could be newer. From the look of it I would guess any time from 1940 through the 50s.

As far as value, this is costume and there is a lot of damage to the metal finish. I'm sorry, but I do not believe it has much if any value
