Does anyone recognize this star mark on a bracelet?

It is quite small and hard to photograph - hope you can see it - right at the top of 2nd photo. I know it's a newer bracelet but I think it's very nice. Same star mark is on both metal flowers.

OT: Irked at USPS Tracking

For a month or so the USPS tracking service is only showing that the item is "In transit to destination". That's it. Not helpful at all. I'm going to presume that when I hand it over at the post office and it's paid for that it's beginning it's journ...
