Thoughts on this Austria coin brooch

Picked this up with some other miscellaneous pieces at a yard sale. Unsigned other than the coins &  dangles. The coins are marked Avstriae which is newer for Austria I think. Also has 1760 Archidux and M. Theresia who was the Queen of Hungary. How new do you think this is? I haven't seen anything similar in my searches and would appreciate KW help.

I would research "tracht."  Looks like a jewelry accessory.  As traditional costume, might be hard to pinpoint date of your pin but coins most likely reproductions.
