OPC cn, jewelry mark

Anyone familiar with the costume jewelry signature of "OPC cn", or just OPC?

It is on a ring and I see a few things here on eBay, but I'd like to know what OPC stands for. It is on the Illusion site.

CN is Mark for China.

I have seen a lot of the CN marks on QVC/HSN jewelry I don't think it is their's exclusively Look through the list of jewelry designers they have on their sites and see if you can match up initials
