Native American cuff bracelet with turquoise - are they real?

Hi: I have a 1940s or earlier cuff bracelet that I was given in the 1970s -- I was told it was turquoise. Don't know how to tell its age. No markings inside. I have attached some photos for any insights would be appreciated Thank you.
