From a auction, no markings, heavy chunky...please and thank u..

Minus the earrings and buckle, large stones.. Blue or dark purple..faucted on the edges which is odd to me..

I'm sorry, but there isn't any unique construction on this piece that would point to any specific designer, that I can see.

I agree, they look somewhat costume like, the earrings look like Italian micro mosaic, but they are pretty common, and unless the truly older, intricate  ones,  they are not worth much, most of the tourist ones are on base metal I believe.

The Earrings look like old style screwback so maybe Mid Century.
