I just like the looks of this necklace. When the dangling beads knocks against each other they sound like plastic. When I tap a bead on my teeth it sounds like glass. Ugh! I was hoping that the clasp would indicate age or country of origin. Any information or leads would be so appreciated. Thanks for looking!

That is a standard sport ring clasp....nothing to help identify a maker
Since there is conflict on whether glass or a plastic...my question would be..are they cold to the touch? (test against your cheek is best).
And what about the weight..any indication there? Glass beads would definitely have more heft to them than plastic. (Sometimes ya have to 'test' alongside other similar size/type necklaces you have for a comparison.
Possibly not..but I`m curious if the clasp has been changed out since the rest seems to be painted white? Of course, the rings holding the beads are unpainted..so that might not be an issue.
Sorry can`t be of more help. The beads do kinda have a glow to them..like they might be glass
Should also add..I hope you`re still around this mess & can log in to read this.
