Help Identifying this Painting

I bought this at least 30 years ago for a minimal amount at a yard sale.  There is information on the back about the artist, but when I try to find any more information on Yahoo/Google, there is nothing to be found.  I'm attaching a picture of the painting and the info on the back.  Does anyone have any additional info, or whether it has any value?  The painting inside the frame is about 8x10.  My apologies if I didn't attach enough info, please let me know if more is needed.

Also, I know it isn't part of this group, but since I was posting I included a postcard in the bottom of the art picture.  I can't identify who this group of people are.  The Dalton Gang?  I'm not asking for anyone to do any research but if you know off the top of your head who they are I'd appreciate any info.  Thanks!
